Terms and Conditions for Soultopia Online Membership

Please read thoroughly

It is understood that all members who register join the Soultopia membership willingly as self-responsible adults.


Soultopia membership and VIP membership will be referred to as ‘the membership’

Any associated online course/product/challenge/quest or offerings will be refered to as ‘associated offerings’

The content of the membership levels is refered to as ‘the content’.

Contract of Engagement

By joining Soultopia and any associated offerings, you are acknowledging you understand and agree abide by these terms:

All Soultopia membership content and associated offerings are designed for personal and spiritual wellbeing awareness and development, participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for any outcomes derived from your participation. You will be offered guidance which it is your responsibility to act upon if you choose in order to get the best benefit from your involvement.

The standard Soultopia membership is paid monthly. You can cancel at any time.

Soultopia VIP Membership

The Soultopia VIP membership is a year long commitment which can be paid monthly or annually in advance (which is discounted by 2 months)

The Soultopia VIP membership level includes all benefits of the standard Soultopia membership.

All Terms and Conditions relating to engagement and participation apply to the VIP level.

Your Self-Care 

It is important to note that whilst aspects of the membership and any associated offerings have the potential to initiate transformation through the content and methods of delivery, its main purpose is educational.

  1. Any membership content or associated offering delivered by Anna-Louise Haigh is not designed to provide a therapeutic approach nor be a substitute for any form of therapy.
  2. As the experiential parts of the work may delve quite deeply into your inner world, before booking your place please be sure you can take responsibility for your own wellbeing and can tolerate a level of emotional intensity (if it arises).
  3. When engaging in longer programmes, it is important you have enough sleep, do not over work, eat well, drink plenty of water and take time to connect with nature in the few days prior to engaging in the work, throughout the duration and afterwards.
  4. If necessary, you should have access to a suitable, qualified, professional to support your needs. It would be helpful for you to make your Tutor aware of any ongoing professional support you are receiving.

The Tutor (Anna-Louise Haigh) reserves the right to:

  1. Satisfy themselves, without expectation or obligation from the applicant, that a potential participant is a good match for the programme they wish to join (and visa versa).
  2. Moderate and remove any comments within any dedicated social media (Facebook) group specifically associated with the programme/course, that are deemed unsuitable or inappropriate for the intended benefit of the other participants or the purpose or progress of the course.
  3. Discontinue a participants’ involvement, without expectation of a refund, if it becomes apparent that the Soultopia membershipor any associated offering is not suitable for a participants’ ongoing level of wellbeing. A transfer of any unused portion of previous payment may be considered.
  4. Discontinue a participants’ involvement, without refund, if their presence, comments, questions, or contribution is either disruptive, aggressive, undermining, racist, rude or detrimental to others’ benefit, the aim of the course, or the group progress.
  5. Alter, include, remove or reformat the content as deemed necessary.

Engagement and accountability – When registering for the Soultopia membership and any associated offering, no matter of the duration, you are agreeing to engage and participate appropriately for the duration of the work.

Once the work has begun, it is presumed you will participate as required. If you choose no to, no refunds will be available.

When registering for the Soultopia membership or any associated offerings, it is assumed you have a basic level of technological/internet skill and the confidence to use this to enable your participation. Please ask for guidance if required.

Technological Ability

A variety of elements are used to deliver the content of the Soultopia membership and any associated offerings

These are:

  • Email
  • Private Facebook group
  • Live Zoom calls
  • Online platform called Membervault where content can be accessed

You will need a basic level of computer skills to follow the instructions to register/access the material through our teaching platform and respond to emails.

The Soultopia membership and any associated offerings have the added benefit of regular group calls using an online platform called Zoom, a private Facebook group and connection through shared message using Facebook Messenger. Therefore, it is considered essential for you to be comfortable with using these platforms to ensure you receive the fullest benefit from your participation.

Email: Make sure you have a preferred email address which you can easily and regularly access

Facebook Group: This is a place to connect with other group members, and where regular posts and information is posted. It is an integral element to help you get the most from your membership. If you are not familiar or comfortable with Facebook, please contact Anna-Louise Haigh.

Zoom Calls: All live calls and workshops are delivered through Zoom. If you are unfamiliar or not registered with Zoom, please make sure you do what is necessary. To register with Zoom – go to

If you prefer not to be seen on camera, you may either, turn off the video aspect of the Zoom settings or choose to watch the replay.

Membervault: You need a basic level of computer skills to follow the instructions to register/access the replay through our teaching platform. Guidance is freely available to get you started. Accessing your Membervault content library – the email address you use to sign-up for Soultopia acts as both your Unserm=name and Password. You can change this once you have signed into Membervault, if you wish.

Delivery. Access and Duration

Delivery – All members have immediate access to the Orientation and Foundation modules. Thereafter, new content is released on a rolling drip basis.

Unlimited Access – Throughout the duration of your membership you have unlimited 24/7/365 access as long as your account is in good standing and fees are paid as agreed without lapse.

Ceasing your Membership – Your membership can be cancelled at anytime. Cancellations received between billing periods will not receive a partial refund. Upon cancellation, access to the content of Soultopia will cease, as will the connection in the dedicated private Facebook group and you will no longer recieive any updates or emails relating to ongoing membership.

Reinstating your membership – Former members are welcome to reinstate their membership at any time. Access to the membership content will return to the Orientation and Foundation modules and new content will be accessible on a weekly basis. It is not possible to go back to the previous stage of the content when membership ceased. In essence, you start again.

‘Lifetime’ Access – Definition and terms

  1. The term ‘lifetime’ access, regarding the Soultopia membership and associated offerings delivered by Anna-Louise Haigh or the Awaken Your WOW brand, no matter its actual duration, refers to the feasible and reasonable lifetime of the learning opportunity/product.
  2. From 1 January 2024, the Soultopia membership and associated offerings have an intended lifetime of a minimum of 36 months. Therefore, from 1 January 2024, any member has unlimited for the period of up to 36 months – i.e. 31 December 2027. This term may be reviewed over time.
  3. The creator, Anna-Louise Haigh, reserves the right to update or withdrawthe Soultopia membership and associated offerings at any time, with reasonable notice and refund if necessary.
  4. Anna-Louise Haigh undertakes to ensure all necessary payments to third-party hosting platforms are made to enable the published products to remain available.
  5. Anna-Louise Haigh cannot be held responsible for the operation of any third-party hosting platforms.
  6. In the unlikely event that a hosting platform of a product become untenable/cease to operate/fail to offer a suitable standard of service, every effort will be made to provide the same or similar product on another platform, within a reasonable timescale.
  7. In the event of the incapacitation or death of Anna-Louise Haigh, her executors will govern the future of the Soultopia membership and associated offerings, in accordance with her wishes. As such, your details will be made available only to manage appropciate communication and any financial matters.

Cooling off period/Guarantee

  1. You have a statutory 14-day cooling off period relating to the Soultopia membership and associated offerings, which acts as a guarantee. Any request for a refund must be recieved by email within this timeframe.
  2. After the initial 14-day period of the Soultopia members has lapsed, all fees are considered payable even if you do not engage or complete the learning.
  3. Non-attendance – If you fail to attend, engage as the opportunity provides no refund will be forthcoming.
  4. If the Soultopia membership and/or associated offerings is postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of the Tutor, you will have the option to have your fees transferred to another opportunity, held in credit or refunded in full.
  5. If the Soultopia membership and associated offerings is cancelled by the Tutor, before commencement, you will receive a full refund, including any deposit.
  6. If the Soultopia membership and associated offerings are cancelled by the Tutor, after commencement, you will receive a refund of any fees paid for future content which has not yet been made available. You will continue to have access the content already delivered.
  7. If you have a complaint or are concerned about your involvement in the Soultopia membership and associated offerings , your Tutor is to be made aware immediately.
  8. Unforeseen circumstances – in the instance of unforeseen, unpredictable or uncontrollable circumstances beyond the control of the Tutor, every effort will be made to deliver the Soultopia membership and associated offerings as intended. If this is not possible, fair and reasonable alternatives will be offered.
