Soulistic Retreats, Courses and Events

Please read thoroughly

To ensure your greatest benefit and fullest enjoyment, participant numbers are always limited. All bookings are taken in good faith, on a first come basis. It is understood that all participants engage with the event willing as self-responsible adults.

In general, short courses or events priced at less than £100 require payment in full on booking. All other events require the payment of a non-refundable deposit to secure your place on booking.

Events under £100

  1. The full course fee is payable on booking.
  2. By paying the full event fee you are reserving a place and declaring your intention to attend.
  3. Your fee secures your place and guarantees your total price as advertised. You will receive a confirmation email. A receipt can be issued on request.
  4. Once you have booked, administration time, certain preparations, materials and costs will be incurred on your behalf as part of the provision of the event.
  5. Cancelations within 4 weeks of the event will result in a full refund if your place can be filled by either the Organiser or by someone you recommend who meets the group demographic and can pay the full event fees on booking.
  6. If no substitute participant can be enrolled, cancellations made by you 4 weeks or less prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of all fees paid.
  7. If the event is postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of the Tutor, Organiser or venue holder, you will have the option to have your fees transferred, held in credit or refunded in full.
  8. If the event is cancelled by the Tutor, you will receive a full refund.

Events over £100

  1. All events over £100 require only a deposit of £100, unless otherwise stated, to secure your place.
  2. By paying your deposit you are reserving a place and declaring your intention to attend.
  3. Deposits are payable at the time of booking.
  4. All deposits are non-refundable.
  5. Your deposit guarantees your total price as advertised. You will receive a confirmation email. A receipt can be issued on request.
  6. Once you have booked, administration time, certain preparations, materials and costs will be incurred on your behalf as part of the provision of the event.
  7. For all such events, unless otherwise stated or agreed, the balance of fees is to be paid in full 8 WEEKS prior to the first day of the event. Failure to pay may jeopardize your place.
  8. Cancellations within 4-8 weeks prior to the event – if your place can be filled by either the Organiser or by someone you recommend who meets the group demographic and can pay the full event fees on booking, 75% of your fees, less the deposit, will be refunded. If a substitute participant cannot be enrolled, you will receive a refund 25% of the fees paid, less the deposit.
  9. Cancellations 4 weeks or less prior to the event date, regardless of whether your place can be filled or not, result in the forfeiture of all fees paid.
  10. If the event is postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of the Tutor or Organiser, you will have the option for your fees transferred to another event or date, held in credit or refunded in full, including the deposit.
  11. If the event is cancelled by the Tutor or Organiser, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
